Getting Started

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected as “extras” on the booking form when you select service. We begin each customer with an initial deep clean that does have a different (higher) pricing, but this is just so we can get the property to a level where a regular standard cleaning (weekly/bi-weekly) can be maintained.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website. Please note that our first cleaning will end up being a different price because our first visit is always a deep clean. This prepares the home so that we can maintain it efficiently from there on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, per your needs. Also, for any extra service, those will be tacked on to the total bill. Don’t worry, we’ll confirm additional pricing over and above your initial price to obtain your authorization first.

Do you service my area?

We are located in Crystal Lake, Illinois and serve all of the surrounding areas within a 30 minute radius. This includes Bull Valley, Prairie Grove, Woodstock, Cary, Fox River Grove, Lake in the Hills, Algonquin, Huntley, McHenry, Oakwood Hills, Lakewood, Barrington, and Gilberts.

What is NOT included in the cleaning?

We do not clean walls floor to ceiling, do windows (unless you’ve selected that as an extra service) or carpet cleaning. We do not do any waste removal or severe construction clean up (sawdust and drywall dust is OK). We only clean areas that are accessible from the ground or a step-stool. Refer to your Customer Service Agreement for details of what is and is not covered in our services.

What exactly is your deep clean service?

Our deep clean extra service is what we consider when a house or apartment has not been routinely professionally cleaned for over 3 months. This does NOT involve deep carpet and spot cleaning, just a more detailed, heavy dusting, heavy cleaning that will require more time to perform properly.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we bring all of our own supplies, products, and equipment. We prefer to use your vacuum to avoid transferring debris, but please let us know if you do not have a working vacuum and we will bring our own. If you have any special supplies or equipment you would like for us to use, leave a comment in the comments box on the booking form. Green, eco-friendly products are available on request.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! There is a comment box available for you in the booking form to leave any special request you may have.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon/discount code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

What is the two hour window?

Please allow for a 2 hour window for your cleaners to arrive. This allows us to adequately serve the needs of all of our customers, while also allowing for the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises. Please note that we do allow a one hour window for our 8:30 AM time slot.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning we will come out and re-clean (let us know within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean within a 7 day window).

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Your home and family are safe with us. We rigorously vet all of our cleaners, who undergo background checks as well as in-person interviews. All our cleaners are fully insured and bonded. Proof of documents are available on request.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We are available 7 days a week with e-mail always on. Never hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns. Your happiness is our top priority.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Your billing information is fully secure with our 256-bit encryption that is built within our booking form. You will never have to fear for your information’s security with us.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

We back our cleaning fully with a 100% guarantee. If you’re not happy with the first clean for any reason, we will clean your home again for free.
